Beginner Group:

Tuesday and Thursday: 18:30 - 19:50 (arrive 10 minutes early)

Advanced Group:

Tuesday and Thursday: 20:00 - 21:10

Training Program

Youth and Adults (no children's classes)

 

Module 1: Body Work

Typical sports training of strikes, kicks, and blocks. We focus on correct technique according to body mechanics, dynamics, and simultaneous learning of attack and defense.

Module 2: Self-Defense

Ability to maintain distance, moving to dead zones, and behavior in close contact and during grab attempts.

Module 3: Classical Karate

Shiro Washi Ryu Kempo: Kata and Bunkai. Practical application of forms: Atemi techniques (shockers) and Tuite (joint locks).
